Laura Ashley
A new-build green roof in the heart of Henley-on-Thames, with tiling, leadwork and rooflight installation. The conservation-area setting required specialist materials to be sourced, and the busy high-street location meant early deliveries organised and cleared with the local council.

The complete renovation of this landmark building near Chelmsford town centre: extensive asphalt works, pre-formed metal-clad fascias and a reinforced liquid system to the main roof area.
Asphalt with tapered insulation
Charlwood House
The existing system was stripped in full, including the screed, with the paving slabs set aside for re-use. We installed a full asphalt system incorporating tapered insulation, then re-laid the paving with a pea-gravel infill around the perimeter.

Removal and replacement of all roof coverings: slated pitched roofs, lead- and copper-clad dormers, and lead flat roofs and gutters.

2-16 Warrior Square
A flat-to-pitch conversion as part of the Newham decent homes project. We prepared the existing flat roof with new timber wall plates and levelling works, then installed timber trusses and a concrete interlocking tile finish.

The Weymarks Estate
A flat-to-pitch conversion with a metal truss system installed onto the existing flat roofs and a metal-tiled finish, plus the associated fascia, soffit and rainwater goods work.

- Regular management meetings, where health and safety issues are raised, discussed and actioned.
